1 – How to order

It is very easy to order on our shoe website:

1.1 Select the items of your choice and add them to your basket.

1.2 Do you already have an account? Identify yourself by inputting your mail address and your password.

1.3 Are you a new customer on hardrige.com? Create an account and fill out the form. Please fill out carefully the lines with an asterisk.

1.4 After filling out and validating the form you need to follow 5 steps to order.

2 – Secure payment

 Hardrige.com is equipped with double reinforced security to maximise your security.This protects you from fraud and ensures the safety of your payment.

Choices of payment

After validating your order and filling in the fields concerning the delivery, you have the choice of payment:

- Credit card (Visa,Eurocard/Mastercard).   

Our site is equipped with a secure protocol for encrypted data exchange on the Web using SSL.

This allows you to make your credit card payment with full confidence.

BE CAREFUL: Thanks to the safety system, at the last step of the payment process , you will be required to enter your mobile phone number so that you can receive the code to have access to the payment final phase. If you don’t do it your order will be cancelled.

- Paypal

You can pay your order on hardrige.com via Paypal. It is totally secure and allows you to pay without giving your bank account details. At the last step of the payment process you will be directed to Paypal where you will have to follow the instructions to pay in total safety.

3 – Delivery

-Delivery methods

Hardrige.com undertakes to deliver the goods ordered and paid by the customer in accordance with the delivery time.  If the products haven’t been delivered within 7 days from the expected delivery date mentioned on the order, and if the delay is not due to force majeure, the customer will be allowed to cancel the order by sending a registered mail with advice of receipt to the following address:  Hardrige.com,Service internet, 207, rue Paul Dijon 38590 Sillans. 

Amounts paid by the customer will be totally repaid.

The customer can ask to cancel and be repaid within 60 business days from the order delivery date if undelivered.

No further delivery claim will be admitted after this time.

The customer is required to check the contents of the order.

Any problem noticed (damage, item missing in comparison to the delivery form, open or damaged  parcel,  broken or defective item…) must be mentioned within 3 days after the delivery.

Any products from hardrige.com are subject to the Legal guarantee under articles 1641 of the Civil Code. ( See Guarantee)

4 – Return and reimbursement

Period of time to return an article

The customer has two weeks to exercise the right to return the goods starting from the date of receipt of the goods without a requirement to provide a reason or pay a penalty. The terms of the exercise of this right to return are mentioned in the paragraph “Conditions of exchange and return” below.

The return cost will be paid by Hardrige.com. The customer will be fully repaid as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days following the date on which this right is exercised.

Conditions for exchange and return for repayment

The articles returned must be new, unused and in the original packaging.

Any exchange or return must be claimed in the section « My account »on the website www.hardrige.com.

All articles returned (shoes, original packaging, accessories, manual…) must be returned in perfect condition.

On reception of the parcelHardrige.com will check that items returned are in perfect condition. No returned items will be accepted if the items have been used or damaged by the customer and the items cannot be sold again. If the return is refused by Hardrige.com the items will be returned to the customers, and Hardrige.com will pay for the delivery . The customer won’t be able to claim any compensation or refund except for benefiting from the normal guarantee associated with the articles sold.

If need be, if the returned items have been used or damaged by the customer and the items can’t be sold again Hardrige.com may exercise all its rights to recovery of the corresponding sums.

Refund of the return

Subject to the respect of the return conditions Hardrige.com  will refund the items returned within 30 days.
